Responsibilities
- Conduct user, market and competitor research
- Gather and document business and product requirements
- Create user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria
- Assist with product requirement documents and feature specifications
- Help organise product backlogs, priorities and roadmaps
- Support meetings between product, design and development teams
- Track tasks, decisions, risks and project progress
- Review product features against approved requirements
- Collect feedback and recommend product improvements
- Maintain clear and organised product documentation
Requirements
- Interest in product management and business analysis
- Good research, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to organise requirements and complex information clearly
- Basic understanding of digital products and software development
- Familiarity with Notion, Jira, Trello or similar tools is helpful
- Knowledge of user stories, process mapping or product documentation is an advantage
- Willingness to learn and work collaboratively
- Relevant projects or work samples are helpful but not compulsory
